Everything's New and I'm Stressed!

Can the lunch lady lose weight? I'm such an emotional eater that I'm finding it hard to cope with all the changes in our work routine. What do I do? I had the requisite good breakfast and wasn't doing too bad during our food prep. Today's menu: Corn Dogs or Ravioli as the entree with peas and applesauce for sides. The peas are always an easy to resist item for me (aren't they for most people?)but when I'm hungry or even a little stressed the ravioli will do me in. I will say that I had only a proper serving and wasn't overboard - but isn't this how I got to be overweight to begin with? I think that this weekend will be instrumental in getting myself organized with my own meals - not eating "kid stuff". I will do this. I am worth it.
