weigh in day again

I'm happy to say I lost another pound this week. The old scale said 154 this morning...
I'm feeling real good about that.
I'm also still excited about the book 100 Days Of Weight Loss, even though I have been at this over 3 years. It's helping me see how far I have come and that I just might be able to keep it off.
I also can accept I'm an emotional eater and there is hope for us.
I think if I learned to use food to cope with my life I can learn other coping skills too.
I know that in extreme stress or fatigue I can slip in to old habits...
I also learned from the book Life is Hard Food is easy, that food is not bad, no food is bad, at least in moderation...Don't deprive your self of your favorite foods, just eat in moderation and don't eat them all in one day. That's what brought me to planning my meals a head of time. that way I can know when I'm having what i love to eat.
Looking back at my menu's from 3 years ago I have made huge changes, now that I eat around the 1300 calorie range , you have to cut out the processed foods and keep it healthy, and fresh to feel full and still eat what I love. I guess I have learned to love healthy and fresh.
