This weeks Menu

this is my rough draft of what I'll eat this week for dinner.

Sunday- grilled wings, wild rice and cucumber salad

Monday- Skillet Lasagna, salad cantaloupe

Tuesday- beef stew and fruit salad

Wednesday- Rosemary chicken with white beans, strawberries

Thursday- Pork tender loin, sweet potatoes and green beans, apple sauce

Friday - slow cooker tortellini soup. garlic bread with basil pesto. watermelon

Saturday is still open we are going to the fair ??

I have the same breakfast every morning see my menu plan, for lunch I take 2-3 cups of fresh veggies, 2-3 ounce of lean chicken or turkey breast grilled, not lunch meat. and a snack bar, and an apple for my afternoon snack.

so there you have it.....
I can then add in my snack and some of my favorite things....skinny cow ice cream, dark chocolate squares and more fruit..
