Sundays are for relaxing

Sunday, August 23, 2009

I love Sundays! Besides being the Lord's day - it is my relaxing day. I went to coffee with a friend, then to Boston Store for a little while. It was nice to hang out with my friend for a little bit of girl time and oogle the shoes at Boston Store.

Then I came home to watch a movie, I just couldn't get into, the movies were due back today, so I stopped the movie about 1/2 way through. Then I had another house showing, I like to be gone for them so the potential buyer can be comfy to say/look at everything they want. So, I took the movies back and got a few more.

Then back home to have some of my delicious Cantonese Pork I had been cooking in the crockpot. Oh.. my... ga! It is so good! It's a pork steak, sliced up, laid on the bottom of the crockpot, then I diced up some a yellow pepper, a red pepper, some celery, some red potatoes, baby carrots, onion and mushrooms, add 1 can of tomato sauce and about 1/4 cup soy sauce a little salt and pepper and cook on high for 6 hours. It's to die for - and so healthy. I'll be eating it all week.

This week I need to focus more on water water and more water. I find that I keep going to the refrigerator to find food, but the more I think about it - I'm bored and not hungry, but thirsty... so that's my thing to work on this week - more fluids!

Have a great week everyone!!
