August has been so full of distractions--some good, some not so good--that derailed my goals for August! By August 23, just 49 miles towards my goal of 120; next to no participation in any team challenges or chat threads; haven't been to the gym or done at-home gym since Sunday August 2. I'm wrapping my mind around how to get back on track but in a way that sets realistic goals that will fit end-of-vacation life. I'm starting over today. Stay tuned for the details.
