Goals for September

The beginning of school is always a good kick start for me. After a few months of maintaining and one of total vacationing, I'm ready to start over again with all the dedication of a new effort.
By Oct 1, I will be:
Back up to 50+ minutes a day of exercise
Down to 159 lbs.
Shopping for a car as a reward!
In another state on the exercise.lbl.gov site
I will do this by:
Eating within my calorie range EVERY DAY
Eating whole foods and few (if any) prepared foods
Working out daily, as hard as my body will allow
Tracking every bite
Rewarding every workout
Drinking 8+ glasses of water daily
Drinking moderately, and only on weekends
Attending the SparkPeople Convention!
