so i have been back on track for 1 week now, and what a difference.
1 week of walking the dog, eating my vegetables, and avoiding fast food and according to my scale, i am down 4.5#.
now i am not trying to loose at this point i think it is just the entire change that has sent my body into a cleaning phase. getting rid of the sodium, i might of lost 4 pounds of water weight.
anyway i am making mself accountable, and vowing to check in once a week.
baby is growing and getting strong, really feeling those kicks, all the time. still excited.
september starts tomorrow, plan i buying the crib this month, but a lot of family b-days this month too. i'll keep updating!!
