Recovering from the weekend.

Friday was me getting ready for the garage sale - stuff everywhere. A house showing - YEAH! Got an offer, but it's not worth mentioning - definitely not going to accept it. It's ridiculous that people think just because the market is slow they can low ball sellers so bad and they'll just hand over their house.. it's really kinda funny - thank the Lord, we are not in that sort of situation. I'll stay until it sells or rents, we don't HAVE to sell.

Got up super early Sat to get everything ready for the garage sale - man - it was busy! Our entire block participated. What a great turn out we had. I expected to maybe make 60 bucks - I made 147.. whoohoo! Put the rest out and did a Freecycle announcement. What was left on Sunday went to Goodwill - which was almost nothing. Success.

So, Saturday night I'm sitting on my couch and bam outta nowhere I started having chest pains and trouble breathing, so I went to the emergency room and was there until 3 am. Long story short - not heart issues, but elevated liver enzymes. They think that even though I don't have my gallbladder that I have a stone stuck in the canal... interesting... Gave me some good drugs and sent me home. So this week I have to follow up with my PCP.

Sunday I rested for most of the day, I was supposed to have an open house, however, the poor realtor who was holding it open got into a car accident on her way to my house. So, I showed 2 people the house and then shut it down. Then rested some more.

Today it was walking and Jazzercise and I got my hair cut - overdue and much needed!

Hope you all are having a great week.

There are people in every region that make ridiculous offers for homes. Most of them are looking for rental units. We were fortunate that our Realtor didn't bother us with these idiots.

    I love garage sales!!

I hope that you will be okay with that gallstone!!
