I can't believe it Sept....
where has the time gone.
I have 8 pounds to reach my goal of 145 pounds,
I've been doing some thinking and wonder what you all think.....
Once I reach 145 should I reset my goal to 130?
Back in 2006 when I started this journey I never dreamed I would loose this much weight. I thought if I could just loose 20 pounds I'd be delighted.....well with determination and Spark People and of course all my friends I have lost a whole lot more than that...
I just picked a number out of the air at 145, it was what I weighed when I started the 10th grade. I have read don't set your self up for unrealistic goals, you will never weigh what you did in High School, but what if you weighted 250 pounds when I graduated...I'm 100 pounds lighter already,
Do you understand what I'm trying to figure out, what if you been over weight most of your life, how do you decide???
I'd appreciate any comment or thoughts you have on this subject.
I'm hoping to be 145 to start the New Year....am I unrealistic to try for 130 pounds, for the next year goal?
