September Goals
FITNESS
Participate in yoga every Monday and Core ball every Monday and Wednesday
Strength train twice a week
Get to 128 by 9/30
FOOD
Eat 7 fruits and veggies daily
Find more ways to eliminate sugar
Buy ALL my produce from the Farmers’ Market or Sprouts
FLYING
Clean and organize Danny’s study instead of continuing to nag
Organize gardening supplies
Finish the kid info binders
FINANCIAL
Resolve any issues from JJs bike accident
Pay off $1K in credit card debt
Stop nickel and diming myself to death and have only 10 days this month to spend money
FUN
Do a weekend getaway with the kids
FAMILY
Have 2 family activity nights with everyone together
