Thanks everyone for your input on my last blog....
I did ask my doctor and he said sort of what you all said, your body will tell you.

When it's to hard to maintain the weight then stop..he also said I was good where I am at but did not think 130 was out of the question but keep at my slow pace , If I get weak or tired then it is too is a balancing act....he said you might try and maintain the 145 and you might find you are still loosing, let your body guide you...
and lastly he said older women with a bit of meat on their bones seem to be the healthiest, get to skinny and when you get sick your in trouble, you have nothing to fall back on...

I'm going to just do this day by day and listen to my dear friend Sock and not let the scale tell me when I'm at my healthiest....I'll let my body tell still feeling strong and healthy.

    Good for you. That is the way to do it.
