Thursday, September 03, 2009

So i decided to give turbo jam a try since my routine had me bored already which was the basic Tae Bo VHS and Boot Camp DVDs..so let me tell you it works your butt off but it is FUN!.. it was pretty easy to master the moves since they are somewhat similar to some other Tae Bo Moves..I started off with the learn and burn and then ab jam...wow it made me sweat in no time and by the end of the videos i still had the energy to do a little something else on the side...so i did the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred! I feel so great i can't believe i did all three videos!!!Both programs kick major butt!!cant wait to see if i will be sore tomorrow!lol=) I am going to try to do a mix of the Turbo Jam videos along with the 30 DS everyday Mon-Fri and whenever i can on the weekends..Does anyone think i will be pushing myself way too much? Any Advice is welcomed emoticon

I did turbo every day for an entire year. It is a lot of fun. You may become addicted to it. lol I had to get several to mix it up. I also did 30 day shred along with it to. I like Chalene so much, I have been doing Chalean extreme for awhile now.

    Have fun! emoticon

WOW! Way to go, girl! Go kick some butt! LOL I think doing them together should be fine. As long as you listen to your body, all will be good. hehe I'm glad you love Turbo J. Funny, I did Tae Bo for quite a while, too. ( A long time ago) but I love Turbo Jam, and seem to be more motivated to do them. I did do a Tae Bo video the other day. Nice for a change.
Keep up your hard work. It will start to pay off in no time.
