I hope everyone is having a good evening. I don't really have any thing to say, but have the need to eat...I'm not hungry, or tired or anything, maybe bored....but I keep thinking of brownies and chocolate.
I thought I'll post my feelings and let the world know how I feel and maybe just maybe those cravings will go away....or maybe not...
I have a list of things I do before I can eat and this is at a the top of the list, my next step is that, use my stepper for 5 minutes....if that doesn't work then I can call a friend, take a hot bath or maybe better yet get in the hot tub...now that sounds like a plan...
I'll not let my brain get control of what I poke in my mouth.....it sounds really nice to go soak in the hot tub, and relax and listen to my favorite music... I can self talk self out of this behavior.
Okay now share what you do when you get cravings and your not sure why?
