There's nothing wrong with maintaining weight some weeks

I followed the WW program and maintained my weight. Why am I ecstatic? Because apart from the fact I GET to take charge of my life (unlike some people who have problems preventing from doing so), I love the benefits. I'm sleeping better, my health is improving and my mood is generally improving.
