OMG...

Wednesday, September 16, 2009

I knew it would happen but I really didn't know what to expect.

I started the day very determined to do right and being very sarcastic about eating what I was supposed to. Breakfast was fine after I took my drops and I was surprised that I didn't really have a large appetite. Before breakfast was the most important meal and I didn't know if I could survive off such a small breakfast. I did.

I ate lunch not very interesting salad but I ate it. Strawberries for a snack and then the headache hit. I realized I hadn't drank a lot of water so I tried to start downing that bottle but I still had problems.

Pretty long evening but I made it to the gym for 20 min and got home around 8 pm. I quickly cooked my beef and spinach and savored every bite. Headache didn't go away like I thought it would.

So...I went to sleep early! Funny cuz people complain of insomnia. I didn't have trouble at all.

Woke up this morning..And I'm down 4.2 lbs!! OMG!!!

WOW!!!

    Thanks ladies! Today I feel good but I did sort of add some not allowed things to my meals...hopefully it won't be THAT bad in the morning..

    *A drop (less than 1 tbsp) of fat free creamer to my coffee
    * Some tomatoes (25 g) in my salad
    * 10 roasted peanuts

    No headaches and plenty of water...we'll see how my body reacts..

    I also had a headache for several days during my first vlcd week. I did end up taking aspirin and it went away AND I only had to take it once and the headache never came back! Your overnight weight loss is quite impressive!! Good for you!
