Consistency

You know I have the consistency on the weekdays while I am at work, but as soon as the weekends hit, its all over. I dont watch my calories, exercise is sporadic, and I am lucky if I get 2 glasses of water in. This weekend was TERRIBLE. I know Friday I was probably way under my calorie range and yesterday I was probably way over. ICK. If I plan on leading my 5% Challenge Team, I had better shape up.
