Day 2 to maintain the rejuvination

Well after a poor nutritional start to the day-everything seems to be on track. Breakfast of only a banana was not the best choice and being all alone isn't even legally a meal. So lunch was better. Dinner was well planned from the freezer-lol. Keeping good healthy, quick, accessible food in the house is key! I planned a snack into my evening before my bedtime snack tonight since I didn't eat a lot this am i did have some calories left. And I learned something new. 2 tablespoons of ground flax seed is definitely more than you need for one serving. I ground two and was very surprised at the amount I ended up putting in my yogurt and fruit-whoa I think 1 would have been plenty. This was the first time I actually ground them since I got my coffee/spice grinder at Easter-and yes Halloween is near so I thought maybe I should use the gift. It did work fabulously though.

So the food was within range even though it was a little screwed up time wise. So one goal met. And I chose to walk part way home instead of waiting for a bus at the transfer point. I decided it was a lovely afternoon so I might as well use it for my exercise time and it was wonderful to be out in the sunshine and to meet goal number 2-get in some exercise every day.

emoticon emoticon I am excited that I have actually maintained my SPARK from yesterday and achieved my primary goals of eating in range and tracking regardless and I got in some exercise time. emoticon emoticon

    emoticon You learn something new every day. The grinding process "fluffs" up flax seeds. One tablespoon becomes two or more. So your two tablespoons of whole seeds became 4-5. emoticon emoticon Now you know something.
