PT Test tomorrow

I didn't do as good with eating today as I could have, I guess. I did do really well last night going out to eat with Bruce. I had a mixed green salad to start. Then a 7 ounce steak, that I cut in half as soon as I got it and only ate half. I ate with it a baked potato hold the sour cream (also put my own butter on which was only about a tbsp), and steamed brocolli. I ordered a drink, but drank less than a third of it because it was too sweet. In the past I would have ordered another drink that I thought I would like to make up for the miss, but I decided against it. This was good for both my calorie budget and my spending budget.
It is hard to eat healthy at drill, as the food that they cook is anything but healthy. Today the only entree option was hamburgers. I only got one, and I didn't use a bun. I also just ate a small helping of baked beans and a little of my potato salad, and a slice of tomato. They didn't even have salad for us! Ridiculous if you ask me!
I went to a friend's house for dinner and she made spaghetti and meatballs with cheese garlic bread. I had two helpings. :( Definitely went over my calories today, and followed up with a beer. But I am proud it was only one beer. :) And I also have to say that the carb supply I had this evening will probably help me on my 2 mile run for the fitness test in the morning. According to my daily nutrition journal, I have been under on carbs all week long. Crazy considering these are my favorite foods! I guess I have just been avoiding them for that exact reason.
Off to bed I go. Wish me luck on my test tomorrow!
