Try,Try... Again!

Today, I begin tracking my food again. I had been doing okay on my own. I got down to 147 and was thrilled. But this morning, I was 157. I am going to change my ticker to reflect that and start again. I would like to get down to 145. Even 150 would be fine. I know my eating is the culprit. Mixed with being at a lower weight. Now I have to bring my calories down even more than before because I don't burn as many in my workouts. On the plus side, my endurance and conditioning is way up. My BMI and Body Fat are around 23.3 each. I am benching 75 pounds and leg pressing 200. I have muscle where I never have before. I just have this last layer of fluff that I need to work on. Mostly in my lower stomach and thighs. So, wish me luck as I attempt to refocus.

    Thanks guys! After visiting with my doctor today, I may have found another reason for my issues. I just came off of Yaz three weeks ago and she thinks it may be my hormones adjusting and also, some people she sees prefer to be on Yaz because they say it keeps their weight down. So, we shall see.

    I gained too, but only a pound, but still it is depressing. Now to do better today!
