So, since I worked out on Sunday (usually an off day) I took Tuesday off. This also had something to do with the fact that I drank all night Monday I am sure. Then I took yesterday off because I usually take Thursdays off but today I am doing my spin class with the boyfriend since that is usually on Tuesdays. Anyway, I have a doctor appt this afternoon, so it is a half day at work. I really really hope to get on some good birth control like NOW. And not one that makes me gain weight or feel miserable. I am really considering the IUT. Anyone have any experience with this?
After the doctor, I am going to go spend some time with my best friend, Bernadette, and probably watch some kid movies. She has almost every Disney movie ever made, and we watch them more than her daughter does. :) Takes me back to the good ol days, you know..
Then this evening I am kicking my ass into gear and doing spin class, and I am excited. I haven't exactly fallen off this week, even with my Monday night binge drinking. I have maintained a good calorie count since then (actually lower than it should be) so I like to tell myself it helps to make up for it. Bad thing about me drinking Monday is that I took away one of my 2 days I am allowing myself to drink during the weekend. And it is a 3 day weekend. Now I just need to prove to myself that I can make these rules and follow them, not just pile on excuses to break them.
