NO Pain NO Gain~

It's a clear and chilly morning here in Seattle~ Thank God it's NOT raining yet!
I have been walking~ Slowly at times~ however it is movement that is getting me closer to my goal!
I find if I walk for just 15 min at a time~ my mood has improved and I can have a cup of tea or water with lemon ~ I am doing something good for me and I am worth every second I put into me getting healthy!
