DATE: October 12, 2009
CARD NAME: Homeless
SUIT: Committee
CORE MEANING OR ENERGY:
Home is a different place when you are on the street.
1. Who are you and what do you have to give me?
I am one who fears the loss of security I once knew. I am one who has faced the streets. I am one who is one disability check away.
2. What do you want from me?
Find peace in the present. Appreciate the things you have and KNOW that you will be provided for. Draw upon your talents and creativity to survive.
3. How will I remember?
When I touch the walls of my home, I will know I am protected. When I wash a dish I will know I am fed. When I do laundry I will know I am clothed.
SHADOW: I will not let my fears of being without keep me from giving to others in need.
QUOTE: "It is curious that physical courage should be so common in the world and moral courage so rare." -Mark Twain
