Wednesday- getting into the roll of things

So, last night I spent some more time with the guy at his house, being lazy. :) I love our lazy nights. Good thing is, this morning we got up and went to work in time to hit up the gym. With him getting a job here with me, it will be much easier for us to get up in time to work out here. I do pay for a gym membership, though. So I figure when we do go to our home gym the best idea would be to take advantage of the classes to make the money worth while for us. I really want to get into pilates, but with only 2 weeks until I leave for training for two weeks, I figure it may be best to start once I get back. So tomorrow is spin class, then Friday and Saturday will just be standard cardio. I really like doing 10 minute circuits on different machines. I don't give myself time to cool down at all, I move from the treadmill for a warm up, to the elliptical, to the stair stepper for a finale (sweaty finale at that). I noticed it makes my time go so much faster.

Anyway, I am done rambling and I hope everyone enjoys their hump day!
