End of the year is coming!

So I am looking at the calendar and then looking at my weight and I realize that I need to make some serious changes to my lifestyle! I am going to end this year with a weight gain...again. NO WAY! that can not happen. I will not let it happen. I will work hard at making these changes. so here are my first weeks goals.
Week of 10/18-24
1. My special goal: limit one sweet a day
2. My exercise goal: 30 min of cardio 5/7 days
3. My nutrition goal: Write down all food ate
4. 3 meals and 2 snacks a day
5. water goal: at least 6 cups and 1-3 cups of tea
