Your mind is your most powerful tool so really tune into what you're thinking these days, how you're feeling that's causing you to not be serious about your goals in the first place.
I applaud you for declaring today as your day to get serious. Forget the "again." That only serves to belittle your efforts. Remember that this is a process and that even the "off" times serve to teach us something about ourselves, about our tendencies, about our triggers. You can use that information to be better prepared with a backup plan for the next time it happens.
