Shift bright and early, just the way I like it! 21828 steps, 10.335miles and burned 940 calories, thanks to a hectic day at work.

Done nothing significant fitness wise, went to a baby's 1st bday party and ate about one sausages and 1 risoles. The man in charge of the bbq managed to burn most of it so we guest have to divide the remaining among ourselves.
That's what you get when everyone is cooing at the baby, the proud parents telling stories about their bub...everyone got distracted.

Happy Halloween folks! The man and I spent an hour raking leaves, gardening, cleaning up the yard etc. I wish there is a way for me to find out how many calories this burn.
::Day 63, Monday Nov 2::
Drove to work because I have 9 hour shift. On my feet for 9 hours, except for a 30 minutes break. Should really bring my pedometer with me next time.
Haven't weigh in for a long time. So I did last night. Not too happy, I'm still at 68kg mark. In theory I should be losing what's with all this activity but I know for a fact it's because of eating habits. Must work on this and this week try to combine exercise with eating.
::Day 64, Tuesday Nov 3::
OFF DAY, WOOHOO! I love off days (who doesn't?). Did my Zumba Sculpt and Tone for 45 minutes, wow, that was intense but fun. Again, I wish I knew how much calories I burn. The informational pack says between 400-900 cal per hour depending on the intensity so that should be good, no?
