I'm doing good, ran monday and wednesday...25 minutes plus my other exercise...watching what I'm eating...Been busy with family things...and not much to say.
Got a few sparkmail letters from ladies trying to get a good plan going for them...
I always tell them , find what works for you...start slow, make small changes..
I did not start with sparkpeople with the plan I use today, it took trail and error, I learned alot..I read all the articles, i tried new foods , I stopped all fast food places, I removed all junk food from my house....I learned from Dr. Phil if it's not there you can't eat it....and no children and husband don't need junk food either, be a good example...have fresh fruits and veggies for snacks.....if you need an ice cream go out and eat it.....enjoy each bite don't bring any home...
another thing I learned eat what you like but watch portion size...and remember it's not your last meal, safe something for next time.....
get up and move as much as possible, you don't have to run a marathon, park your car farther away, march in place while brushing your teeth, just move move all adds up and you will feel better than you ever thought possible...mostly love your self no matter what your weight....

enough of my words of wisdom...
Have a healthy tomorrow, ask your self what can I do that will help me reach my gaols...then do it, no excuse, just do it.
