what can I do now

Some of the things on my list of what I can do now 190 pounds lighter.
I can tie my shoes with out my head feeling like it might pop
I can sit comfortable in the doctors office chair
I can walk as much and as long as I want too, with no pain
I can buy clothes any where I want too.
I can run 3 mile so far
I don't have to worry about having a heat attack.
no more leg pain..
no more embarrassment about my size.
I can hike, bike and do anything I want too.
I can eat what I want in moderation.
I can go up and down steps with out being winded or in pain.
just some of what is better....
I went from a size 42 to a 10-12 so far
a 48 DD to a 34 C
3x to small tops
I use to weight twice as much as Gary and now weigh 20 pounds less.
oh ya I can cross my legs
My list goes on and on...
and I weigh less than my sisters for the first time in like 45 years....
I'm no longer the fat sister...to bad my mother is not here to see me...
and best of all I'm healthy and happy...
I am a strong fit women
time to shut up....
