what can I do now

Some of the things on my list of what I can do now 190 pounds lighter.

I can tie my shoes with out my head feeling like it might pop

I can sit comfortable in the doctors office chair

I can walk as much and as long as I want too, with no pain

I can buy clothes any where I want too.

I can run 3 mile so far

I don't have to worry about having a heat attack.

no more leg pain..

no more embarrassment about my size.

I can hike, bike and do anything I want too.

I can eat what I want in moderation.

I can go up and down steps with out being winded or in pain.

just some of what is better....

I went from a size 42 to a 10-12 so far

a 48 DD to a 34 C

3x to small tops

I use to weight twice as much as Gary and now weigh 20 pounds less.

oh ya I can cross my legs

My list goes on and on...

and I weigh less than my sisters for the first time in like 45 years....

I'm no longer the fat sister...to bad my mother is not here to see me...

and best of all I'm healthy and happy...

I am a strong fit women

time to shut up....

    Hi Kit, I am so inspired by your success. Did you have bad days in the beginning or was it easy to stay focused. I feel like I am focused, but in the last month I have had three very sloppy days.... I don't want those days to become the majority.

    So, did you have those days? If so, what did you do about them?

    Kitt, I am so happy for you that you have accomplished so much! I agree never say "time to shut up." We love hearing from you! I am so much happier too now that I have lost almost 100 pounds and I can fit in chairs like at the doctors office again and fit into clothes/pants at the Mall again. Keep sharing with us!     Way to go Kitt!!! Sometimes it's the small things you appreciate. Like the day it dawned on me that I wasn't buying razors as often. Less underarms and legs to shave! I am bowled away by your ability to run three miles! That is so inspiring to me. I'm up to two and am looking forward to getting where you are someday!
