My Inner Slytherin

For this week's challenge for the Challenge of Harry Potter, I need to demonstrate the ambitioniousness of Slytherins by discussing my goals.
When I first came to SP over 2 years ago, my goal was to reduce my weight from 194 to 165. I have been able to get it down to between 172 and 175. I would like to be down to at least 165 by my birthday next April.
A key health goal is to decrease my cholesterol levels. When I first came to SP my cholesterol level was over 200. It's in the 190's now. My goal is to get it down to the 180's by my next physical.
Another major goal is to exercise at least 4 days a week. Some weeks I accomplish this, but other weeks I don't. I need to establish consistency.
If I can achieve these 3 goals, I will be happier and healthier!
