My goal this week...

After reading spark buddy redskingirl blog I decide to follow suite!!
My goal this week is to log all my food....I have been slipping horribly and Its time I take back control! I have spent the last couple nights at work reading blogs, searching profiles, and reading articles, like I used to. This soooo motivates me!
I dont think I have eaten too horribly in the last two days, I just hope I can stick to this!! I am too close to my goal now to backslide...I felt myself slipping for so long and I desperately want to regain control here! Wish me luck!! .... and Thank you Kerri-ann for your idea ...(even though I stole it) *hugs*
