Ravenclaw Planning

Ravenclaw values wit and intelligence. In order to succeed with my goals, I must use my intelligence to develop a workable plan of action steps.

1. I will drink at least 8 glasses of water daily

2. I will plan to do some exercise at least 3 days a week, preferably 4-5

3. I will eat at least 3 fruits/veggies per day

4. I will get at least 7 hours of sleep most nights

5. I will follow up with medical recommendations to take Vitamin D and calcium pills

6. I will have a yearly physical and get the blood work done ahead of time

7. I will have a yearly mammogram

8. I will have dental checkups every 6 months

9. I will floss at least 4 times per week

If I follow up on these action steps, I should lose weight, lower my cholesterol levels, and be healthier in general.
