Not Quite 20 Straight Days of Exercise

After 19 days of exercising every day straight I fell off. I did technically exercise on day 20 but I didn't consider it a true workout for myself. I spent hours and hours walking around casinos. On day 21 my body was SO WORN OUT that I actually spent all maybe 5 hours sleeping. That is when I realized that I had over done it and my body just needed a rest. As a result, I took a few more days off and tomorrow I'll be picking up where I left off.
I also need to get back on track with my nutrition. For some reason I seem not to be losing weight which isn't so bad but I find myself gaining a few pounds which is a bit discouraging but not devastating to my efforts. I refuse to give up and I know where I'm headed, I just need the a GPS if you will so that I find my destination without a lot of wrong turns and dead ends.
