whole grains

i'm getting back on track and so last night i was cooking my whole grains that i cook in advance, measure, bag and freeze ... so very easy to pull out of the freezer, microwave and dinner is ready quickly. well i had cooked barley and brown rice and had let them sit on the warm burner (which was off) to evaporate the last bits of water...went to tell my husband goodnight and guess what his midnight snack was barley in a nice wine glass...i was so pleased for him!!!!! getting in some good carbs emoticon
