I didn't get a chance to walk today at lunch because I had to run errands, but I am actually looking forward to going home and jogging...lets be real... walking a a moderately fast pace on the Xtreme game tonight. My lower back and body are a bit stiff but once I get away from my desk and move about the stiffness goes away.
I hope this means that I am on my way to a fitter, healthier me. Is it true that muscle burns calories all day long. I am wondering because maybe I should focus on muscle building activities instead of the cardio. If you have pointers please share them with me.
