The past couple of days have been nothing to brag on. Despite the stiffness on Monday I got up and pulled out the Xtreme Fit game and did 1/2 a mile fast walking and then some aerobic exercises.
Tuesday it was a bit harder to do the activities because my toddler kept getting on the game pad doing his thing. But I did challenge myself and jogged for 0.1 mile that may not be much for some of you but for me to jog for more than a minute and see a distance is GREAT! I was out of breath but I JOGGED.
Now I have some questions that I am seeking answers to - is it better to drink cold water or room temp water when trying to boost your metabolism? Do I need to focus on muscle building or aerobics? Let me know so I can line all things up on my journey because I am going to do this I am going to lose weight. I have too much at stake but I don't think i can do it alone and I am not getting any help on the home front as far as support so thanks to all those who have and are encouraging me.
