Green Team Challenges
1. Post steps daily.
2. Water, water, water!!! MY GOAL IS 12 A DAY!
3. Post measurements on weigh in day, but please post them here and not on the weighin page.
WILL DO ON THE 12th I AM GOING TO MAKE A NOTE ON MY BATHROOM MIRROR.

4. Name 2 goals you have for this challenge and 2 things you plan to do to achieve them.

FIRST GOAL --- LOSE 15 POUNDS (to be pre baby weight)
HOW TO --- KEEP CALORIES UNDER 1500 six days a week and use food tracker every day.
REWARD --- New thanksgiving outfit (I like that idea Misty)

SECOND GOAL --- GET MY 5K TIME DOWN TO 30 Minutes
HOW TO --- RUN RUN RUN AND MORE RUNNING (We are giving up our gym membership so this will be my new form of exercise)
REWARD --- Still thinking, I was thinking new running shoes, but that might be needed before I get to that goal. So I will keep on thinking.

5. Plan rewards for each goal when it is met!
Goals for each 5 pounds of the 15 I want to lose.
1. This will be my half way mark (weekend away) I have been working on this goal fooooorrr evvvveeer. This challenge will get me in the groove.
2. Book shelf for next to bed instaed of my nightstand, that will be devoted to my stuff :)
3. This will put me at pre baby weight. SO i Will go dancing with my husband (something we did a lot more before kids!)
