Well just trying to get into a early morning routine. It has been tough. I am not a morning person as is. I wake up at 6 am. The gym is in my building at work so it is not terrible. I take a cab to gym/work (bad habit) and it it tough to motivate in the am. My husband suggested coffee before my workout. I am coffee drinker so that is not to far of a stretch for me.
3 days in and I am just trying to get into a routine before anything else. Workouts have not been that hard. Once I get a couple of weeks under my belt I am sure they will pick up. Going to start a running program in a week or too. Have not met my goal of running 3miles straight this year. Really going to start focusing on it more. Have a training plan that I pulled off the internet. Looking forward to training.
My husband is going to start training for a 1/2 marathon in May.
