Working from home..

I love it sometimes. But it's more difficult to "be good." Oh I exercise fine. I get up at my normal time, get ready as if I'm going in the office and all. But it's too tempting to over snack. I've always loved my snacks. I have plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables on hand that's for sure. When I'm at work or even home on the weekends, I really don't think about it so much. But working from home is really a challenge. I try to stick to my "work" snack routine. I can keep saying it's OK...and really...now and then IS ok..but not every time. So this is something I will work on. For me being mentally prepared for this each day is 90% of the battle.
