Not getting enough sleep

Friday, December 11, 2009

This week, I haven't been sleeping good. I'm not sure if it's the weather (very cold and windy), the holiday stress (I've really tried not to be stressed about it this year), work stress or just the position of the moon, star and sun..who knows. Everyone else in the house seems to be sleeping just fine. I'm off today and planned on doing so many things, but I don't have much energy. I did exercise when I decided to really get up for the day, but I doubt that it was enough. After I'm done here logging and blogging, I'm going to head out to some stores to try to do some of the Christmas shopping I planned on doing today. At least I know what I'm going for and won't be aimlessly wandering the mall or sidewalks. And the walk will do me a lot of good...mall walking is GREAT for winter.

On another note, Wyatt is doing so good with agility. Last night he was actually confidently running and jumping over the jumps. We also did the table..which he's loved from the beginning. We've learned the tunnel before, but he's never actually done it...he will put his head in, step in to get his treat, but that's it. He's not sure what he really needs to do there...but last night, we moved the treat further down the tunnel and he actually deliberately put two paws in, crouched down and got the treat! That is WOO HOO moment for him!!

Maybe try some Melatonin for sleeping. I've been taking this again and sleeping great. You can find it almost anywhere.
