Only 16 more days to the new Year....
I working on my goals and plans for 2010. I was thinking how quick 10 years has gone by. It seems like yesterday we were worried about 2000, and how the computers might not work or how the world might go haywire...well it didn't......
One of my goals is to become a better camper, we bought a trailer this fall and we are making plans to camp at least one week end a month, I plan on getting a lot of hiking done. I don't fish, don't like to just sit.
another goal is to loose at least 1 pound a month....To exercise at least 5 days a week , 6 would be better. Also to find new exercises that I like and that will challenge me more.
another goal is to keep up with my running, it's hard to get out there when it's 10 degrees or so in the morning.
Keep eating healthy, find new healthy foods that I like, plus keep removing processed foods from my diet.....I want to eat clean each and ever meal each and ever day....
I also want to keep up with my friends and posting every day.. I want to track my food daily and my exercise too... I'm not ready yet to cut the cord....Gary did remind me that on vacation I did not track my food and I did not gain weight...all true but someday when I'm more confident I'll stop or who knows maybe it will just happen but I'm still very nervous about gaining the weight back.....and I know that tracking my food keeps me accountable to myself.
So what are your goals for the New Year.....I'd love to hear some of them, maybe we can do them together.
