Time To Take Control of the Stress

The other night, as we were in great worry over our sick rabbits, my husband asked me if he left to the boat, if that would relieve my great stress. I thought about it and said no. There's always stress with everything that happens. I am starting to understand that it's not the situations in my life that are the problem but how I deal with them. There will always be situations. I need to learn how to deal with them and move on. My husband bought me a book for my birthday yesterday that will help me learn how to handle my stress and worries and take control.

"Thoughts & Feelings- Taking Control of Your Moods & Your Life" by matthew McKay, PHD, Martha Davis, PHD and Patrick Fanning. It's a workbook and I am really anxious to get busy and take control of HOW I react to the situations in my life.

I will let you know how my progress goes. My life is so out of control right now and I am overwhelmed at the amount of stress I feel. I am ready to take control of my feelings and deal with each problem as an individual situation not as a snowballed disaster.

I need to do a lot of journaling for it and I think Spark is a good place to do that. It's about well being not just physical health.... And I hope it helps others with their stress management...
