back in the game ...

ok, it's been a LONG time (two months?!?) since i exercised, and i'm starting to feel the decline. i blew off the summer, and it's time to get myself back on track.

i did not keep last week's promise to get up early and MOVE ... but this morning, i was up before 6am, saw my son off to school (before the sun came up!) and got on the recumbent bike for 30 minutes. followed that up with 30 more minutes of floor exercises ... it's now 8am and i'm already on my second 16 oz bottle of water! my head feels clear and my body feels good!

WHY DON'T WE JUST DO THIS ALL THE TIME?!?
