Insomnia

Last night was a tough night. For some reason I just could not get to sleep. Whats worse is that my watch somehow had the alarm set and it went off at 2am. It really didnt matter since I was up at midnight when the heavy rain started. I tossed and turned until 3am and then finally had enough, grabbed my book and went into the living room to read. I read for about an hour before I finally felt sleepy enough to try to go back to bed. That was at 4 am and the alarm went off at 6. Needless to say I am dragging today and I am dehydrated. Its supposed to be cool tonight so I am going to try to plan on taking the pupps for a walk and if not then I will do WATP or something to get my workout in.
