Thanks for the reply to yesterdays bog.
It's 5.30am and I'm going to get my mid morning snack ready so I don't forget it..
today would not be and easy one if I don't have my snack, I take a group out to walk at the mall and having a food attack at the mall can be a junk food night mare...
wow I had a had time sleeping last night, I went to bed at 9pm but woke up at 11 and stayed awake till 2am.....I'm going to have a low energy day for sure. I did get my 60 minutes in on my bike but not as good as i usually do, but I'll get a few miles in walking at the mall. and if I have an ounce of strength when i get home I'll do a Wii run or something.....or heck I might just rest for ounce.
any way have a Healthy day and plan for your successes....
