Where did the plan about eating structured planned meals go?

I have been to work for 13 hours in a row now, no luch - but munched an apple, a pear and a plum during the day. Found some vegetable soup and swallowed that as well just now. Have just finished a nasty letter to a lawyer I love to hate. I fight in court with (no against I assume) him on my companys behalf.
So I am deadly tired and probably will not work out today. On the other hand, it has neither been a lot of calories - the trick is now to drive the one hour drive home and hit the bed before I get any ideas!
And promise myself not to forget eating tomorrow. Eat small meals and keep the body functioning. This is exactly what goes wrong for me.
