I was able to get my fitness in this week. 100 minutes in three days. One day of strength training. Not bad..... I just wish I could get the eating under control. I cardio myself to death then turn around & eat the kitchen sink. I try not to be too hard on myself, but I really want to kick myself in the booty.
I will try even harder next week!! What I really need is to put into a medically induced coma for about 6 months with no food.
