Mid Week Weigh In and Dealing with a Break Up

Three days in a row of getting up off my butt and moving and I am seeing results. I don't feel less tired but I have lost 1.5lbs!!!!!! I'm pretty impressed especially since my boyfriend and I just broke up.

John is amazing and I am not sure why he got the cold feet. But he has made it clear that he "likes" me which means he does not love me. Before I would shack up with a gallon of ice cream to sooth my acheing heart, but now I am motivated more then ever.

He is just not that into me, not my weight. And I have to continue on this journey of transformation by myself. I can't let this little road block get me down. Anyway, this gives me more time to concentrate on me and my son and getting into a shape other then round!

I am excited to get off of work so I can come home and do some yoga... who would have thouught I would look forward to working out?!?!?!
