Tracking away the pounds.

Well I had been gone a while but have been back since the beginning of the year. 2010 my year. I am tracking food and exercise and am on a streak for miles. My plan is to do at least a mile a day this year. I so far have 11 miles in 11 days. I will make up any I miss. My body feels better already. I am less short of breath, cloths fit better. We have been eating better as well. Less restaurant meals and more home cooking. Stress levels are down as well. Scale has started to move again. Yes! Yes! Yes!
