Not sure if this will work - but I had a thought

what if everyday is Day 1. I always seem to be so motivated on Day 1 - exercise is there. Water is more than 8 cups. Food intake is exactly within range. Then Day 2 - exercise is still there. Water may slip to 10 cups. food intake is on the high end of the range. Day 3....8 cups. Exercised two days in a row, I need to give my body a rest. Food - one piece of chocolate will be okay....

Day 4 - off the wagon.

What if I can tell myself everyday is Day 1? Kinda like today is the first day of the rest of my life. Today is the first day of the rest of my healthly lifestyle. I wonder if I'd last beyond Day 4......

    I like the Day1 idea. I remember my first week which nearly killed me and by day 4 as well I nearly fell off my wagon!! But thankfully didn't. Start again and I am sure you will do it!!

    You know what? That sounds like a pretty good plan to me. I fall off after about 5 days....I just need to keep going back to day 1.

    I'm right there with you! Day 1 is always the best...you feel great at the end of the day knowing how great you did! Don't you wish their was a permanent solution to stay motivated! Love your post!

    I'm right there with you. I always seem to start my diet around my time of the month and everything gets thrown out because I am so hungry. Telling yourself Day 1 is everyday sounds like a good idea. I believe that is something I'm gonna try. Good luck!
