My Lasagne Creation don't read on an empty tummy!

I am sure yea all have your type of lasagne, and I am sure others have done this version
but it is a first for me. It was just so good and the whole time I am eating it, I know it is good for me and I had no quilt.
Here goes--- I made the sauce from jarred ragu sauce, I added mushrooms, broccoli, thinly sliced carrots, red and green peppers, tomatoes, garlic, after this was cooked I added a whole can of rinsed black beans--- lots of fibre!!!!!
Washed the spinach, and the asparagus, saved these for layering.
I used spinach noodles , I was skeptical of this but they were delicious.
I sprayed the pan with pam and put a bit of sauce in first, then the lasagne noodles, sauce on them, a sprinkle of mozzarella -low fat cheese, then I put the fresh spinach on it, big handfuls because it shrinks way down when cooking , I had cut the asparagus stocks in half and layered them , a little more sauce---- on and on like that for three layers. Put it all in the oven to bake.
The taste was just too awesome and the best part --- it is darn good for you too.
